
The Honourable Justice Kevin Coady is retiring from the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia, effective July 31, 2024. His retirement comes after serving on the Court for almost 21 years.

Shannon B. Mason, a former Nova Scotia Legal Aid lawyer in Sydney, N.S., is the newest judge of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia (Family Division).

The satellite court serving Shelburne County will be relocated to the Barrington municipal building, 2447 Nova Scotia Trunk 3, Barrington effective Monday, April 1.
