The Courthouses in Truro

The courthouses in Truro and Shubenacadie serve Colchester County, Hants County and East Hants. The courthouse on Church Street in Truro houses the Supreme Court, the Small Claims Court, and the Probate Court. The courthouse on Prince Street in Truro houses the Provincial Court and the Supreme Court (Family Division). These two Courts also sit in Shubenacadie. The Shubenacadie courthouse offers full-time staffing support for the Supreme Court (Family Division) only.
