The current version of the Civil Procedure Rules were developed by the Judges of the two Courts on June 6, 2008. Part 13 - Family Proceedings, was completed in April 2010.
These rules went into effect on Jan. 1, 2009, and June 30, 2010, ( Part 13 - Family Proceedings), except as provided in Part 19 - Transition, Rule 92. The earlier version of the Rules dated back to 1972. ..
