Civil Procedure Rules Available In French

Nova Scotia's Civil Procedure Rules are now also available in French.

La traduction est pour la commodité de ceux qui préfèrent la langue française, mais elle n'aide pas l'interprétation d'une règle.

Les formes associées aux règles de procédure civile ne sont pas disponibles en français et doivent être déposées à la cour en anglais.

Forms Related to Civil Procedure Rules of Nova Scotia are now "Interactive"

All Forms related to the Civil Procedure Rules are now also available in an "interactive" format - meaning that they can be filled out and printed on your computer directly from the Courts of Nova Scotia website.
However, these Forms must still be printed and then filed with the Courts as "hard copies" (on paper).
These Forms are provided for the convenience of prospective litigants.
In the event of a discrepancy, the Forms in the consolidated version of the CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES are the OFFICIAL version.
