Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Solemnization of Marriage Fee Regulations .

Marriage license fee
2. The fee to be paid for a marriage license shall be $113.75

Amount retained by issuer
3. The amount to be retained by an issuer of a marriage license out of the fee to be collected by the issuer for the marriage license shall be $16

Judge's fee
4. The fee to be charged by a judge for the solemnization of a marriage in the judge's chambers or office or in a courtroom shall be $85.31

Justice of the Peace's fee
5. The fee to be charged by a justice of the peace for the solemnization of a marriage in a court or judge's chambers shall be $85.31
