The following links provide access to reports which Project working committees have prepared and submitted to the Steering Committee. The reports constitute advice, in the form of policy recommendations on possible changes to the Civil Procedure Rules. The Steering Committee greatly appreciates the contributions of the working committees and will be carefully considering their advice. Please note, however, that in making policy decisions and in suggesting new or amended draft Rules, which will ultimately be submitted for review and approval to the Judges of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia, the Steering Committee is not bound by the recommendations in the working committee reports. The Steering Committee welcomes comments about the reports’ recommendations or about any other aspect involving reform of the Civil Procedure Rules.
