	<description>All Forms related to the Civil Procedure Rules are now also available in an "interactive" format - meaning that they can be filled out and printed on your computer directly from the Courts of Nova Scotia website.
However, these Forms must still be printed and then filed with the Courts as "hard copies" (on paper).
These Forms are provided for the convenience of prospective litigants. 
In the event of a discrepancy, the Forms in the consolidated version of the CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES are the OFFICIAL version.</description>

	<description>The Courts of Nova Scoita will be broadcasting live the swearing-in of 41 new Canadians on Thursday April 14th at 10:00 am.

The ceremony is part of the Canadian Bar Associatioin's annual celebration of Law Week.

Canada's Citizenship Court will be holding its proceedings in the Law Courts in Halifax for this occasion.
