THE POLICY REGARDING SUBSCRIPTIONS TO
RECEIVE COURT DECISIONS VIA E-MAIL HAS CHANGED
Only members of the news media are eligible to receive decisions via e-mail
All others are directed to the newly-posted "Recent Decisions" web page.
It is updated daily and contains links to Court decisions released during the most recent four weeks. Earlier decisions can be found on our searchable Decisions Database.
Only members of the news media submitting identifiable e-mail addresses
will qualify for a subscription
"Identifiable e-mail addresses" are those which are clearly from news media organizations (e.g. someone@ctv.ca). If you do not have such an e-mail address but feel you qualify as a subscriber (you are a freelancer, media lawyer, student journalist, etc.), please e-mail the Judiciary's Director of Communications.
