In Cape Breton, family matters are dealt with in the Family Division of the Supreme Court. In Sydney, the Court and related services are located at 136 Charlotte Street.

In Port Hawkesbury, on 15 Kennedy St .(902) 625-4012/3.

The court also sits at current circuit locations, including Port Hood and Arichat.

In the Halifax Regional Municipality, family matters are also dealt with in the Family Division of the Supreme Court. The Court and its services are located at 3380 Devonshire Avenue (902) 424-3990.

Although the Dartmouth Family Court location at 45 Alderney Drive may be used occasionally, all intakes will be conducted at the Devonshire location.
