The Judges of the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia made new Civil Procedure Rules on June 6, 2008. Work continues on Part 13 - Family Proceedings.

All the new rules are expected to go into effect January 1st, 2009 except as provided in Part 19 - Transition, Rule 92.

Order In Council - determining the manner of publication of the Civil Procedure Rules.

Certificate of Publication - causing the revision of the Civil Procedure Rules to continue to be published online and certifying that copies of the revisions have been delivered.
