Naming Conventions:
The form files on this site have been named using the assigned form number and whether the form is in English or in French or both. There are basically three main things that distinguish the forms:

The prefix before the file number: There will be either an "e", and "f", an "ef" or an "fe" depending on the file. "e" means that the form is only in English. "f" means the form is only in French. "ef" means that the English and French forms are on back-to-back pages (double sided). "fe" means that the form is bilingual; the French and English text are on the same page. The French and English versions of forms that are longer than one page (one sheet), have been set up in separate files.

The form number: The form number in the filename is the form number that appears on the top of the document. For instance, form number 52/49 has the digits "-52-49-" in the filename. Form 4/6 is named with "-4-6-" so that it will not be confused with form 46, which is named with "-46-".

The form types: There are only two main types of forms available on this site; ones you can fill out on your computer using WordPerfect software and ones that must be printed blank and then filled out manually.
