The Provincial Court Judges who regularly sit in Dartmouth expect that the Solicitor of Record or Crown Attorney who is assigned the file will attend pretrial or pre-preliminary conferences.
It important for the efficiency and utility of these conferences that the person with the actual carriage of the file be present.
Every effort will be made, at the time of the setting down, to accommodate counsel's schedules.
