Notification of the Settlement or Adjournment of Cases:
~ In all instances, when a case has settled or the parties have agreed to request an adjournment, the Court should be notified immediately. If such occurs after regular business hours on an evening or week-end before the case is to commence, please notify the Judge assigned to the case through the Commissionaire at 902-424-8988.
